Cobra Starship is making a name for itself in the pop scene with their new album, HOT MESS, which includes their smash single, “Good Girls Go Bad.” The collection entered the album chart at #4, marking the New York-based band’s highest chart ranking to date.

Produced by Kevin Rudolf, “Good Girls Go Bad” is proving to be Cobra Starship’s biggest hit single thus far, currently ranking among the top 10 tracks on Billboard’s “Hot 100.”  The single, recently certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America, with sales in excess of 800,000, is also a favorite at Mainstream Top 40 radio, where it is a bulleted top 10 blockbuster.

The “Good Girls Go Bad” video recently received a pair of prestigious MTV Video Music Awards nominations.  The clip, which features a co-starring performance from Meester, known far and wide for her role as “Blair Waldorf” on the CW’s blockbuster series, Gossip Girl, has been named in the “Best Pop Video” category alongside such superstars as Lady Gaga, Beyonce and Britney Spears.  In addition, “Good Girls Go Bad” also remains one of MTV’s most popular videos.
